Eighth graders Emily Merritt and Nicole Walker hang up forms outside of Mrs. Andrea Thomas' reading class showing books students have read. East Middle School students have one week left to reach the goal of reading 1,200 books during the annual reading promotion. If they achieve that goal, Principal Mr. Ron Mitchell, Assistant Principal Mr. Jarrett Cook, and Coach Kasey Pliler will have to wear pink dresses.
