Seventh graders visit Prairie State Park

Seventh graders had the opportunity to see nature in its primitive state Wednesday when they took a field trip to Prairie State Park near Liberal.
In addition to wild grasses, and prairie that looks as it may have looked hundreds of years ago, the students had the chance to see some of the buffalo that roam the park and learn valuable lessons about science.
