During a meeting Monday, the Joplin R-8 Board of Education voted to increase the school district's commitment to technology, authorizing an investment in laptops for all teachers and smart boards in all classrooms.

Okay...i know this is to help the kids learn more..but i wish they would have had them for the 2005-2006 year here at south. we also need to learn and that wold have helped us so much. but now that the yar is over i guess there is nothing i can do so yeah.
