South Middle School's eighth grade basketball team grabbed an 11-4 first quarter lead Tuesday night, but Memorial bounced back to win 23-16.
Memorial also won the B game.
South will play host to College Heights Christian School at Memorial today, with the seventh grade game beginning at 5 p.m., followed by the eighth grade contest.
